Blackankh ships nationwide through external transport services.
Shipping methods
Domestic shipments are made through Starken, Correos de Chile or Blue Express , depending on the recipient's location.
Shipments labeled "fashion emergency" will be dispatched by Chilexpress , under priority service.
If you wish to use a specific shipping method , you can indicate it at the time of purchase or write to us at contact.blackankh@gmail.com before finalizing your order. Availability and associated costs will depend on the service selected.
Shipping times
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- the type of part,
- whether it is an available item or made to order,
- the recipient's location,
- and the transport company's own timeframes.
Blackankh ships orders within the first 3 business days when items are in stock. In special cases, such as custom or highly complex products, shipping times may be longer. In these cases, you will be notified by email of the shipping date; however, final delivery times depend exclusively on the shipping service and are not under the brand's control.
Responsibility for transport
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, Blackankh is not responsible for delays, losses or inconveniences attributable to the transport service.
