Exchange and Return Policy

At Blackankh , each piece is handcrafted and, in many cases, specially made to order. For this reason, it's important to review this policy before making a purchase.

Exchanges and returns due to change of mind

Once shipped, Blackankh does not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind , whether for custom-made pieces or items available on the website. This policy is due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of the creations and is in accordance with current Chilean legislation.

Custom pieces

Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchanges or returns .

This includes pieces made to customer specifications, such as design adjustments, measurements, material selection, or other specific requests. As these are unique creations, they cannot be reused or resold.

Errors or faults of origin

Exchanges or returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

• If the part received does not match what was agreed .
• If there is an error in the shipment .
• If the part has a manufacturing defect .

In these cases, we ask that you contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from receiving the product , by writing to contact.blackankh@gmail.com , attaching the proof of purchase and, if applicable, images of the product received.

Use and care

Blackankh pieces are delicate and require careful handling. Damage caused by pulling, drops, impacts, snagging, misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be considered a manufacturing defect. These cases do not entitle the customer to an exchange or refund .

General conditions

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
• It must be kept in its original packaging.
• Gift cards and other digital products are non-refundable.

Shipments associated with exchanges or returns

• Shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns are non-refundable , except in cases where the error is attributable to Blackankh.
• If a change is required, the delivery time will depend on the customer's location and the manufacturing process.
